Temps under 97.0 are pretty uncommon. They tend to be around 97.2-4 for pre-O temps, and then up into the 98's for post-O. Of course, this is just the average/normal range. Individual temps can be so different.

Your temp on CD7 probably has nothing to do with your last cycle. Chances are that you just had a high temp that day. But, without the temps before that, there's no way to know, really.

And temps are usually kind of wacky after AF...just your hormones leveling out and such.

I don' t see your chart or anything but wanted to chime in and say that my temps are always high/higher during AF and right afterwards. I don' t bother to temp until cd 6 or 7 or so because of it...
