Ok i am so confused with this whole process. I never knew trying to concieve was so hard. so i been charting my temps, and cm plus taking opk's. I thought i o'd early cuz i got the twinges on my left side right after af went up which is usually a sign of o but then i was taking my opk's and got negatives until last night i got a darker line not sure if it was darker then the control line but it was the darkest it ever been my cervix is high soft and open i had egg white cm but its also a lil creamy (that could be sperm mixed with my cm) anyway now whats throwing me off is my temps it was way high yesterday and way low today what the heck is goin on and then this morning i got a negative on my opk. am i doing this wrong is my body just out of whack since the m\c. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!

Im new to this also but I might be able to help. usually You ovulate the day after a +OPK. (the day your temp drops is O day) As long as it stays up higher than other temps for 3 days thats generally means youve o'd.
