If I had a "normal" chart, and the OPKs work, is it for sure I am ovulating? I am so paraniod that something is wrong with me. Just wondering.

By normal, do you mean low temps at the beginning, higher temps after ovulation? If yes, then yes. Do you have a chart we can look at?

Yes my temps start low and go high like they should. I do have a chart on Fertility Friend but I dont know how to link it??

The only *for sure* evidence we have of ovulation is pregnancy or daily trans vaginal ultrasound. However, when fertility signs (CM pattern that reaches a Peak and/or thermal shift with temps) give evidence of ovulation, it indicates a high probability that ovulation has occurred. A positive OPK is not a guarantee of ovulation though, it just tells you that your body is trying to ovulate.
