Implantation bleeding occurs 7-10 days after conception and can be heavy enough to mistake for a regular period.
As for your chart though, there just isn't enough data to say for sure. To confirm a thermal shift you need 3 temps higher than the previous 6 - you don't have the previous 6 to establish a baseline with. And with only 2 days of mucus observations, I can't confidently say the ovulation date is correct or not.
