I just started charting yesterday and my temp was very low, 95.15 but then I suffer from hypothyroid...

I was recently diagnosed wit osa(Obstructive Sleep Apnea) and was given a cpap to use. Honestly, I used it the first 2 months and ever since I moved I have been slacking on using it every night.

Well, last night I used it, and noticed an increase temp rise this morning, 97.20!

So, maybe this could be "also" the cause of my low temps?

With CPAP/ sleep apnea, I would recommend taking your temps vaginally. The cpap blows cool air in that can cause your temp to be lower than normal.

Ditto, but you also need to be using your cpap every night. Sleep apnea can be dangerous for more than one reason. Extended periods of interupted sleep can lead to confusion and even blur your decision making abilities. Not to mention the immediate risk of you choking on your own throat, and cutting off the oxygen to your brain causing cell death. And you can't regain brain cells, once they're gone they're just gone.
