I own the BD Digital thermometer. I've never charted before, but plan to start soon. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to and all the acronyms you use so maybe I can jump right in .

So my big question is, would this thermometer work since it counts to the tenth of a degree?

It will work, but it won't be very accurate. You really need to get one that reads to the hundredths place, for more accuracy.

Good luck, I hope you like charting and that you get your BFP soon!

i have a digital thermometer that only reads to the 10th. works great for me. but if you want even more sensitive readings, the bbt thermometer is the way to go...
