I always go by O date, but then....I usually don't ovulate until well after CD30, so LMP isn't just a little off....it's WAY WAY off. A due date calculated from LMP assumes you ovulated on day 14, but only 12% of women do that. So unless ovulation occurred on day 14, the LMP date will be off by a little or by a lot, depending on when ovulation did happen.
