My husband started a new schedule at work yesterday so now he's waking up an hour earlier. I always temp when his alarm goes off and yesterday and today my temps have been low due to that one less hour of sleep I'm assuming. So I'm wondering if I should adjust them for that hour or just leave things alone until my body adjusts itself to waking up earlier?
