So, if I put in a high temp tomorrow, FF gives me cross hairs, but I'm not convinced I O'd. My chart is really different than previous charts, and my cover line seems really O, so I'm hoping some chart experts can help me out! I'm taking progesterone to increase my LP, so I'm supposed to start it three days after a positive OPK, and I'm really nervous about starting it tonight in case I didn't O.

So do you think I O'd? Does my chart look like my January chart where I O'd really late? That month, FF gave me CH early, and then moved them to day 28, which is what's also making me very very nervous.

hmm your temps are low, but your cm says you o'd. Can you feel your cervix? If it is low and firm I would say you o'd. It it is high and soft I'd say wait.

I don't really understand how to check my cervix. I've tried, but I'm not really sure what it should feel like. I feel something when I check, but I don't really know if it's high.

The only way you'll know your cervix is by checking it at the same time every day. After a bit you'll get to know what is high or low for you and what is open or closed.

the best way I've found is after voiding, insert your middle finger and bear down. After doing this daily you really get a "feel" for a fertile cervix. My cervix is my best signal to tell me I o'd. It usually drops down and gets hard after o'ing.
