I am having serious cramps! My head feels like it is about to explode. I am constantly fatigue and my back hurts. I have diarrhea now (TMI), which I had when I was pregnant with my last two sons. Everyone else get constipation and I get stuck with diarrhea..that sucks.

My cycle is 27-28 days normally. I ovulated on either May 11th or 12th.I had the ewcm on those days. I also had sex on cycle days 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, and 15. My basal body temperatures went from 97.5 to 98.5 and have been staying very high since I ovulated.

Do you think that the cramping could be implantation and a sign of pregnancy?
