This has been bugging me for a while... maybe someone can offer some insight?

You'll see on my chart that I've been spotting for a really long time now (almost two weeks):

CD15 - spotting after exercise
CD16 - some spotting mixed with EWCM - thought this was O spotting (but didn't O at that time)
CD17 - very heavy spotting/bleeding after a lot of BDing - most likely my cervix got hit a lot
CD18 - no spotting today
CD19-22 spotting again - thinking because I had yeast infection during these days - is this common?
CD23-26 keep on spotting every single day

For the past few days, the spotting is dark brown, but sometimes some red blood breaks through.

What the heck is going on?

That's way more spotting than is considered normal for ovulation spotting. Looking back at a few of your past cycles, too much spotting there too - plus the short LP's. Something is off that shouldn't be, I would highly recommend a visit to your doctor to get everything checked out. Have you discontinued a hormonal contraceptive within the last year?

I completely agree. I have a lot of spotting during my cycles now but not like that. I would go see your doc.
