I check cm but I rarely check my cervix. I used to but then I started reading too much into that and I also tend to irritate my cervix when I check it so I just don't.

I think I do it the same way as you. You mostly go by how you feel, correct?

I do all of the above. I like checking my CP, because it is another way I confirm o. It always drops and gets hard after I ovulate.

Yes, that's the observation part of it. But then the observations are interpreted/classified according to the BOM system too. Recently weaned and PCOS is acting up, so my chart's a mess right now - bu there it is:

Thanks for the link. It's a little different looking at your chart over here but it gives me a better idea of how you record things.

Well, and it's an exceptionally complicated chart. I work with a lot of clients IRL and my chart is still the most complicated one I've seen yet!!! LOL

I only check CM. I tried to to CP but I am just not that good with it so instead of being wrong just check CM.

I do both. It is just that confirmation that I like to have. At first I thought that it was really hard checking CP but then I started noticing the differences and it is like second nature to me now.

I check both my cervical fluid as well as cervical position, texture and opening. I'm really good with the position and texture... it's the whole Open/Closed thing that I'm still getting a feel for.

Well yeh. I hate trying to interpret PCOS charts. I don't do so well at figuring them out. My chart drives me batty enough and it really isn't that complicated.
