Well it looks like I either have not O'ed or will not O think month according to FF so I went to Ebay and got me some OPK's. I am going to start using them next month but my ? is do you use them with FMU or just any time during the day. I will not be using them for a few weeks but I was just wondering.

I agree. You don't want to use first morning urine with opks. I take mine around 10ish and then again around 2ish. But I get up really early. I used to take them around 11 and 4.
