Happy Sunday!!

Okay, so I normally temp at 3am. Every morning, no matter if it is the week or weekend. But this morning I was up and down between 1 and 3 because of my dog. So, I went ahead and temped at 3 but I had just been up out of bed a few minutes prior. So, I went to sleep at 3, woke up at 6, and then temped again. Which means I got three hours of sleep before this temp. However, I am wondering since I temped later than normal...
Should I record my temp on my chart or leave it off??
Is it automatically higher since I temped 3 hours later than normal?

I don't know what to do..

Thanks!

I would make note of both temperatures somewhere just to have it for reference after you get more temperatures. I am not exactly sure how your temperature would react to the night's changes. It will probably make more sense after you get some more normal temperatures charted whether or not you should count it. I am sorry that I am not too much help on the matter.

This is my 1st time charting but I think I would use 6am after your 3 hrs sleep as thats the way you always take it. if you've been up running around your temp is going to different then if you have been sleeping.
But as I said I'm just learning myself. Good luck with it.

I think either temp is not going to be entirely accurate. I would just record the temp with the three hours of sleep but make it an open circle so you know that it isn't accurate.

It should come up as an open circle itself if times are different. thats what happened with mine when I was 40 min late taking my temp one morning.
