There has been a massive drop in my Temp this morning. I've heard a few people talking about implantation dip's. Take a look at my chart and see what you think. Also today I have cramps as if AF is on the way but it's way too early for that I have a regural 26/27 day cycle and I'm only CD19 and 6 DPO.

Did you do anything differently those nights? Was the temperature in your house lower or did you wake up at a different time?

Also, how are your cycles normally? Are they pretty regular? Your temps are really low for post ovulation temps. I am not sure what to think of your chart. If you had one temp dip I wouldn't be puzzled but you had two really big drops.

there wasn't anything different. I took temp the same time, wore the same style night dress and there was no difference in the house. I'm really confused about my chart.

Temp has gone way up this morning.... Is this normal??? I'm confused

It looks to me like you may not have O'd yet. It is possible to have fertile CM and not actually O, happens to me all the time. I'm sorry, I know it's very frustrating to deal with.

Well that makes two of us. I don't know what's going on either... Only time will tell. 1 week to AF or BFP.....

2 questions, do you sleep with your mouth open? and are you using a regular thermometer? I noticed all your temps are only to the tenth instead of the hundreds. If you sleep with your mouth open just temp vaginally if there's a next month, and get a BBT from walmart or target or a drugstore. They'll be with the family planning stuff, and they usually start around $10.

I think I might sleep with mouth opened... If there is a next cycle I'll try vaginally temping. We don't have a walmart or a target in Ireland but I'll go and try and find one in the drug store. mine is a BBT in celcius and says for example 35.5 on it.

Your charted temps might be a lot more stable than what you're getting if your mouth is open. I'm assuming you are in the time of year to have windows open, and be airing out the house and enjoying spring weather? If that's the case then the ambient temp is going to affect your reading. And if you switch to vaginal temping you'll want a thermometer dedicated to your charting and nothing else. Good luck!

Thanks girls for the advice... I'm in Ireland so no windows opened here yet it's still too cold. It must be because of sleeping with my mouth opened. If AF shows her face next week I'll go out and buy another BBT.

wow, you poor thing, what a confusing chart!!
I always sleep with my mouth open but seemed to get nice steady temps all the time. I think its just one of those wait and see months for you!!

Temp has started to go up I'm hoping this is a good sign... AF is due tue or wed. Not sure if I'll test or wait till after wed. Just in case she shows up.
