How many days before you start your cycle does your temp start to go down? This is my first month charting so Idon't have any history to go by. Take a look at my chart and tell me what you think.

Thanks,
Shannon

Shannon your chart looks really good. I've my fingers crossed you'll get your soon. Everyone's temp's are different but I think your temp staying up is a good sign. But then again I'm new to charting as well & my chart is all over the place. Here is some baby dust. I hope you caught your eggie.

My temp generally stays up until the first day of AF... maybe a day before.

But again, as rebroche said... everyone is different. You really won't know until you have a few charts so that you can see what is normal for you. The worst thing you can do is compare your body/charts to someone else's. It gives you very little insight and just works you up because you think something is wrong because you aren't like "So & So". I learned that one the hard way!

I know how hard it is... I wanted to know everything right away. But then again, I am extremely instant gratification! Trust me when I say the time will fly and before you know it, you'll have a ton of information that is custom tailored just for you.

Welcome and to you!!!

I don't think there's a clear cut rule about temps dropping right before AF showing. For some people, I think it happens days before, some it's the same day.

Either way, good luck!

I agree. Some gals will see a temp dip a day or two before AF shows but some gals don't show a temp drop until the day AF arrives.
