Hi everyone. I never realized this forum existed, but it has been been bugging me all day.

I'm new to charting...somewhat. I did it once in December, in March but didn't follow the same wakeup schedule because I traveled for work, and now I've temped perfectly at the same time this month.

We were moving and my old therm. got put in storage, so I had to buy a new thermometer and I've been noticing my new thermometer has constant low readings. It's about a .4 degree difference between the two....I've just started comparing. Anyone else notice anything like this?

And also, what do ya'll think of my chart? I've had that dip yesterday & today but it real close to the coverline.....I'm already thinking I'm out

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Lee Ann

Did you switch thermometers this cycle? If you did your chart may not be accurate. I think as long as you stick with one thermometer your chart should be accurate, even if one reads a little lower than the other. Unless you notice that your thermometer's temperatures are all over the place I wouldn't worry about it just try to temp consistently with the same thermometer as much as possible.

I think your chart looks great. I wouldn't count yourself out yet. A LOT of charts show a dip around 7-10 days past o. I bet it will go back up tomorrow.

Welcome to the board! I hope you will stick around. We need some more charters over here.

all thermometers are calibrated just a little differently. Try to keep the same thermometer through a cycle.

thnx. I haven't switched thermometers this cycle. I have just never gotten such low temps and so I am using the same thermometer when I wake up....but during the day when I have some time, I'll pop one in and take the reading and then pop the other in and see if they are the same. And they never are...

You know I have been going threw this to. Mine has been acting wierd and I thought it might need a new battery so I just got a new one. As long as you use the same one, the same time and take it the same place you shuld be fine. I think you chart looks good.

Good Luck!
