Hi girls! My name is Crystal. I am a 25 year old sahm to Carson who is 7 months old and a mommy to 3 angel babies.

I am new to the charting business and would like to join the group here to learn and get advice and to help others.

I haven't started temping yet this cycle because well af is yet to arrive and its seeming that about every two weeks I am having spotting that last an hour or so. When af does start I want to start temping again to see if I am O'ing because it seems like since Ive had my son I am not O'ing like I should.

Ive only had one af pp and that was May 2nd. Ive never ever had an issue with not O'ing Ive just had other medical issues. I think me not O'ing has alot to do with the fact that in Dec. I got a depo shot and I never got the second one but it took me almost three months to even get af to return after being off the shot.

Hi! Welcome to the charting board. I think both the fact that you have just had a baby not that long ago and you took depo could be making your cycle a little wacky, all the more reason to start charting. The spotting you are talking about could be ovulation spotting. Do you notice any slippery cm when that happens?

this last time..I had sooo much ewcm it looked as if maybe we had just bd lol..

can i start temping now or should I wait for cd1?

I say start now. Then you can see what is going on. Your cycles may be a little wacky but you will be able to tell if and when you are ovulating if you are charting.

I sleep with my mouth open.I mean does that really affect my temps that much? I was just reading that it might

it might affect your temps. I temp vaginally for that very reason, and my charts have been a lot less 'wonky'. Good luck

Hi and !!! I'm glad you decided to start charting again. I agree with Patty, the depo and having a baby in the last year can definitely through your cycle off. I would try temping vaginally, just because it will make your temps a little bit more stable.

I am honestly not sure how big of an issue that is. I have read about it too but I haven't done enough research to know how big of a deal it is. Temping vaginally will take that issue away though. I have never temped that way myself.

I've never temped vaginally either, but the more I think about it, it makes me wonder if that's why I always thought my temps seemed so much lower than most of the charts I've seen.

I was thinking the same thing about the whole just having a baby and the Depo shot... that can easily make things a bit wonky.

But the LOADS of ewcm sounds like a fantastic sign. I can't pay my body to make ewcm anymore!
