does he quickly tune out or is he really excited about the idea of having a baby?

My dh has never been one to sit and talk about babies. Sports, maybe. Babies, no.

Well it is hard to say DH and I have been NTNP and this week he said I guess I need to give you a baby. He will say all the time how Paige needs someone to play with and she needs a full blooded brother/sister. If I babysit a baby I can't get the baby out of his arms it is so cute. I know he wants one he is just scared to say lets try because he knows I will be high risk.

The DH isn't too keen on baby talk. I think I'm allowed to mention it once a week. He knows I want another baby and is ok with that he just doesn't like to talk about it. Just as long as he knows I'm not worried about it.

My dh is pretty much the same way. Even when we tried for Jeremy though he was like that. He just doesn't do the gaga googoo talk. LOL.

I guess in the old saying "the cheese stands alone" I, am the cheese. LOL!

DH talks about babies A LOT! He asks about my temps every morning, he talks about baby stuff, baby names, how we'll do the baby's room, what the baby will look like, etc.

On Saturday, he pulled over for a yard sale and bought a beautiful little white cradle. He's all planning on sanding it down and repainting it and everything.

So yeah... he's pretty excited and very talkative about it!!

Awww, Nikki, how sweet!!

Mine will talk about it from time to time. Using it's in a joking way, because that's how he approaches most topics.
