I'm hoping you ladies can help me with my chart. I did a trigger shot on Tuesday 06/02 at 10pm the trigger is supposed to make you ovulate within 12-36 hours. I had my IUI on Thursday 06/04 (36 hours after the shot) I got 2 + opk's which are on my chart, but I have been told that the trigger can affect an opk (I didnt hear this from my dr) So I put in my temp today and I got crosshairs for Saturday.. way more than 36 hours after the trigger. Should I override my chart and put my O day for Thursday? or do I actually trust FF and keep it to Saturday!?

Please help! lol

I am going to have to do some more reading on trigger shots. I would stick with the Saturday o date. It doesn't look like you ovulated on Thursday to me. I would hate for you to start testing too early based on the Thursday o date.

I am going to see if I can find some more info on trigger shots though and try to give you a better answer.

Thank you! I've also been pretty sick. I've been sick since Wedsnesday morning.. bronchitis, so that could be effecting my temps as well

That could definitely throw off your chart. I would make sure to mark that on your chart. What did your doctor tell you about opks? Did he say that the trigger shot could affect them?

I think just like a trigger turns a hpt pos, it also turns and opk pos, so there would be no way to tell. Unfortunately I find your chart hard to read.

I have a few open circles on my chart because of the times of day I took my temp (early morning dr appts killed me!) Should I just leave them as open circles or should I discard them?

I tried to find more info for you on hcg trigger shots but I didn't have a lot of luck. I was looking for today's temp. I will check back later. I hope it is hot hot hot!

Sorry I don't know too much about the trigger shots. Hope things work for you this month though.

well that stinks but it is still not looking too bad. It's above your coverline. My charts take little dips after I o all the time. I have just accepted that is my pattern.

Sending you some extra baby dust!
