My chart is FUGLY right now!! My stupid temp keeps dropping! I think it's because I haven't gotten good sleep the past few nights. I keep waking up in the middle of the night. I woke up at 5 o'clock and it ticked me off because I knew I'd have to temp then because my usual temp time is 7:15 and there wouldn't be 3 more hours of sleep.

I really hope I can get a regular night's sleep tonight, otherwise my chart is gonna be all jacked up this cycle!

ARGH!!!

It looks like your normal chart does continue to go down a little after your AF and before you O so I wouldn't worry about it too much. And when you took your temp at 5 did you adjust it up for the time difference?

I always wake up an hour or so before I'm supposed to take my temp. I didn't know I should adjust for it! I try to stay in bed and go back to sleep until 6:30 but most of the time it doesnt' work. I'm wondering if that's why my temps are looking weird

That could definitely be a reason. My ovusoft will adjust it according to the time you took it and I think the advanced version of FF will adjust it also. I always take it when I wake up if I know that I won't get 3 hours until my alarm goes off.

This happens to me constantly. I wake up about fifteen minutes before my alarm goes off but today I woke up thirty minutes early. I don't adjust my temps. I just leave them as open circles. I find the temp adjusters less accurate than just leaving my temp as is. But, that is just my personal opinion.

It happened again today!! ARGH!!!! I woke up at 5 o'clock AGAIN!! WTH?!?! Luckily, I'm still in the Pre-Ov part of my cycle where your temps can jump around and not mean a whole lot.

I really hope I get my sleep together before O day, because if I wake up at 5 in the morning after O... that's just gonna make me !

WTH is going on with us Daniela?!?!?!?

I sooo badly just wanna sleep until 7 freakin' 15!! ACK!!!!

DH thinks it's because the new kitten likes to sleep in bed with us, and he sleeps really heavy for a while and then wakes up and wants to play Spidey-Hop all over the bed. The thing is, when I'm waking up, I don't recall him bouncing around.

Ugh.

Wow, that's the same thing with me, although mine is not a kitten! Baby likes to sit on my window, which is right next to my head, and when he decides to get down from it he jumps on my bed first, chirps something into my ear and then goes down! that wakes me up! I'm a very light sleeper too. Here's hopping that our sleeping gets better soon!

I have this problem with charting too. I get all excited right around the time I ovulate and then I wake up early like it is Christmas morning or something. I can't sleep.
