Last night I did not sleep very well. Jonah kept waking up, and then when I'd get to his door he'd be back to sleep. Around 5:00am this started to effect my sleep quality and I kept coming half in and out of sleep even when the baby hadn't woken up.

I sleep walk when I am having trouble sleeping like this. More than sleepwalking, I DO things in my sleep... the scariest is when I "made oatmeal" but didn't really. I could have burned my apartment building down. I actually childproofed the stove so that I had to be awake to use it.

Anyway, I just went to record my temp which I take at 8:15am. I wanted to make sure that I remembered the number correctly because I was so tired this morning and fell right back to sleep after I took it, since Jonah was sleeping too.Well, there were five temperatures in the thermometer's memory function. I have only taken my temp today and yesterday. There should have been two. Then I recalled a vague memory of some dreams about taking my temp. I hadn't dreamed it, I DID it! LOL I was taking my temp in my sleep!

I recorded the one that I took at 8:15, which was 86.7 F. Is it strange that it is that low? I noted that I had a bizzarre night of sleep, and it probably wasn't three hours of solid sleep before the temp was taken. Other temps that were on the thermometer were 97.7, 97.0 97.4, and yesterday's and todays.

I'm not going to dwell on it too much since it is still early in my cycle and my cervical fluid is still obviously infertile. I think I'll be more interested in my temps after I O

That's hilarious! I've had experience of sleep walkers and sleep talkers (my daughter even sings in her sleep) but sleep charting is a new on me!

Fingers crossed Jonah plays along with your need for sleep to chart accurately

That is so funny. Dh talks in his sleep sometimes but never walks or does things. I would guess the 86 degree temp was one that wasn't a complete temp. I don't think you could have a body temp that low.
