I know that this is my first month of actually charting, and it will probably take some time before I get the hang of it to be able to tell when to time everything etc, but I'm hoping that I get it all right this month and conceive. Obviously everyone hopes that LOL, but honestly I think I'm inclined to try harder this month than next month.

If we conceive this month, then it is highly likely that my due date will be March 19th. That is my birthday, and my brother's birthday, and my grandpa's birthday. I joke about how I've always hated sharing my birthday with others in the family, but in secret, I really love it. My brother has confided in me that he does too. We aren't twins, though people ask when we share pictures of our childhood birthday parties. We just happened to be born on the same day. I think it would be great to have another birthday around ours... and Jonah was born on his due date, so I think I'd be inclined to believe that this baby will be born on March 19th as well LOL

I know, so many things wrong with the way I'm thinking. We'll see when I O, but I'm excited about the possibilities of this cycle!

I think it's wonderful too and wish you lots of good luck catching the egg (birthdays notwithstanding)

Actually, if I conceive this cycle, my edd would be 7th March... which is DD's birthday!

I see what you're saying. And of course, statistically, we are more likely to concieve (I think so anyways) than women who are not aware of what is actually going on in their bodies, kwim? Like if you're just bd'ing at random times, *hoping* you're ovulating, ya know? WE actually can see it coming and time accordingly. lol

Cooooolllll about the birthday thing. My last two sons were both born on the same day (2 years apart) and I think it's kinda cool! Dh brought a cake to the hospital that said, "Happy Birthday Xander and Damien" ... and the nurses were like, "uhhhh didn't you have ONE baby?"

Yep, but his brother was born this day, too.

That was so sweet of your husband!!! When I tell people about our birthdays, I find out that it happens more than people would guess! I've met a lot of people who share birthdays with siblings, which I would have guessed is unlikely. Maybe people are more likely to conceive at a certain time of the year?

I don't think that there is anything wrong with hoping that you catch the egg the first month charting. We did on our first charting month with Collin. You never know and you definitely increase your chances when you BD at the right time. Good luck with it.
