I took my temp this morning, and because I was hardly awake, I didn't realize I was under my warm blankets. I took my temp and then realized I felt slightly warm....and my temp was 98.15. This is the third day of the Witch being here, and the other two days my temp has been kinda low. Do you think me being under the blankets messed up my temp? Should I change it, or just leave it?

Hmm, I'm always under the blankets when I take my temp but we have a fan that circulates non stop b/c of DH,lol. Are you usually under your blanket when you take your temps?

I'd ask the same question as Katie - are you usually under the blankets?

Some mornings I wake up and there is virtually no cover on me at all (my quilt is a very high tog goose down... so snuggly and warm but apparently too warm sometimes!) and I think 'oh no, my temp is gonna be all 'cold'' but usually it's not affected. This morning I woke up under it (as usual) and felt VERY hot but my temp was not really that different from yesterdays. Go figure! It's seems whatever I do, my body takes no notice and ticks over at a steady temp

The other thing I'd say is don't fret too much about you temps at this stage - and by this stage, I mean 'af'. Lots of women still have pretty high temps during af so it shouldn't mess up your coverline.

Oh, and here's another *hug* (I left one for you on your thread in ttc) for the fact the witch showed. Here's hoping that when she leaves, it's for a good nine months or so

I guess it really depends on the day..some days I throw the blankets off, other days I don't. I guess I won't really worry about it..it sounds like I don't have to. Thanks girls.

I agree with Amanda. I have never seen much of a difference with or without blankets but I try to be consistent.

My temps have been jumping all around too and I'm trying to find an explanation. The only thing I can come up with is I'm getting sick.

Same as the other ladies, sometimes I have them on me and sometimes I don't.. but it doesnt seem to make a big difference in my temp. You're on AF though, and THAT alone can mess them up! They tend to be higher and/or erratic during menses, so I wouldn't be surprised if THAT is what caused it.
