I've always been a "1 day of spotting, 4 days of AF, 1 day of spotting" girl. Usually S, M, H, M, L, S.

This cycle I had 2 days of very light spotting, then a very light first day, a medium day, back to light this morning, spotting this afternoon (not even wearing a tampon now) and will probably be completely done tomorrow.

I'm sure it doesn't really mean anything, but I have to say, only 3 days and medium flow at the most is really nice. lol If it was like this all the time, other than the fact that AF is confirmation that I'm not pregnant, I wouldn't mind it so much.

Kind of pointless, but I just thought I'd share.

I'm glad that -if she has to be here anyways- at least she's being nice to you!

I'm glad AF gave you an easy ride this month. Ugh, it's just a shame the witch had to visit at all!

Thanks. I was really bummed out the first couple of days because I was so sure last cycle. But I'm feeling better now.

Boy would I love an AF like that. Mine is usually heavy for days and then spotting for days. I hate it!

My is usually 4 - 5 days with heavy flow for at least one day and light only as it's tapering off. This was a pleasant little change of pace (as pleasant as AF can be anyway).

Oh, and I ordered 25 IC HPT's so I can test to my heart's content this cycle w/o feeling guilty (less than $7 w/free shipping). And I also found an old toy microscope (it's an older toy so it's actually metal and has decent magnification) when I was going through things at my parents house so I'm going to try the ferning thing this cycle too (I'm hoping it will coincide with my OPK's and I won't have to buy any more after this cycle).

Oops!

I forgot to change my address on my eBay/Paypal accounts so my HPT's got shipped to my parents' house. Mom just called asking if I knew anyone in Texas because I got a package. Not thinking, I told her to go ahead and open it to see what it was. A second later I realized what it was and told her it was just something I ordered. She said she'd started opening it but stopped and I can pick it up when I'm in town later today.

Mom thinks I'm still on B/C but when I was actually on it, I had mentioned that I got paranoid occasionally because I regularly skipped periods so I'd take a HPT every once in a while but I think 25 HPT's is a bit much for paranoia.

So now I need to think of something that I could have ordered that would come in a padded envelope (assuming she didn't get nosey and open it anyway or open it enough to see what it was). I guess I could tell her it's test strips for checking the water chemistry in my aquariums.

Oh yeah, and my aunt is in town staying with my parents.

And here I was worried that it could come to the apartment this weekend and I'd have to explain it to BF. I'd much rather explain to BF that I'm a POAS addict than have to tell my mom that I'm off B/C AND a POAS addict.

Lol! Oh no, what a mistake!! You could always have said "Oh, it was a really good deal so I stocked uo for the next few years!"

I always go mad emptying the bathroom rubbish bin before the family comes over because they don't know we're TTC and the bin is full of POKs!

Yeah. If it does look like she snooped or she asks me about it, I think that's what I'll tell her. Or I can be somewhat honest and tell her I decided to go off b/c because it was wreaking havoc on my emotions (the truth) and we're being careful (not the truth) but I'm even more paranoid. Then if I ever do get my BFP, it will be a little easier to break the news to them. "Oops, guess we weren't careful enough"

I hide mine in the trash can in my computer room that has a paper shredder on it. No one really goes in there but me anyway and even if they did, there's not much of an opening to see into the trash can and OPK's blend in with the shredded paper.

My God! The lengths we go to to hide TTC! I feel so sneaky & dishonest!

Just got back from picking up my HPT's. She'd opened about 2" of the envelope. If she snooped, she might have been able to see the expiration date stamp that said "Urine HCG Strip". And when I told her I'd ordered some test strips for my fish tanks, she and my aunt looked a little skeptical, but that could just have been my guilty conscious.

If she does ever bring it up, I think I will tell her I went off b/c (but not that we're TTC). It will make things easier if I ever do get pregnant.
