Ok ladies please help me out with this. I'm on cd 39 and still no AF! I've been having really bad back aches now for atleast a week or so. Cramping, bloating and severe mood swings-way worse then normal. I've had a stuffed up nose now off and on for a week, some headaches and I keep waking up almost every night at 3:30am and finally my breasts are really sore. Not too sure if AF is just messing with me or what but it's driving me nuts! What do you girls think? Oh and one last thing I keep getting alot of either cm or tons and I mean tons of ew! Sorry for the detail there. Please help!

Well I don't see a clear thermal shift. Since you are having a lot of EWCM I would consider yourself fertile. You may just be ovulating really late in your cycle. Your cycles do not seem to be very regular from looking at your previous charts.

I also see you have spotting marked on your chart this month. Does that happen to you a lot? Could this have been a light period or was it just spotting?

I think you might ovulate soon just based on your EWCM. I would get to bding just to be sure.

Spotting has only ever happened to me once before. I thought it maybe was somesort of ovulation spotting. My periods are usually pretty heavy and last about 6 days. This was like cm with brown in it and was really only there when I wiped. Sorry again for the details!
