I usually don't. I used to do that and I found that my chart is more accurate for me if I just leave the temp as is and make it an open circle.

I just put in the temp and the new time, and it puts in an open circle instead of solid. I don't think I even know how to adjust it. But I think it shouldn't matter too much

I find if I adjust it then my chart is messed up to. I will just mark it sleep deprived so it leaves it open.

If you do hange it then make a note in your note section as what the temp was before it was adjusted so you can look at it both ways.

Good Luck.

I adjust mine and I find that it is more accurate for me that way. All of the flat temps from pre-o this month were not all taken at the same time. If I don't adjust mine you don't see as clear of a pattern for me. But ovusoft makes a note that they adjusted my temp and it will always have the original time and temp if I want to not adjust it.
