You usually don't get one till after O sometimes it is a good sign of a BFP but not always. I had one with Paige and I had one before I got pregnant with her and it turned out to be nothing. When yu do have one FF tells you.

Well it is too early to call your chart triphasic. See the link Coley posted. When you look at an ovulation chart it is called biphasic meaning two phases because during the first phase (before you ovulate) your temps are lower and then when you ovulate in the second phase (after you ovulate) your temps are higher. So when you look at a chart that is biphasic you see two phases of temps, lower then higher. A triphasic chart you will see a third phase. So it would look like this. First half (before you o) low, after you o a temp rise, then a little later (around implantation) a third temp rise. This is why they call it triphasic. So if you are seeing three sets of temp rises before you ovulate it really doesn't mean anything. Triphasic charts can be a sign of pregnancy. It just means your temp goes up and then up again.

I kinda think mine is a triphasic chart. I didn't have it when I got pregnant with Collin though. Here is a picture of mine.
