I was wondering, is it a good idea to be exercising when trying to conceive? Especially after ovulation when there is a possibility of fertilized egg implanting? I'm not talking about any too heavy exercising but walking, some running, weight training. I find myself worrying that I may be doing some harm here because I'm exercising every day.
My OB told me before that it's absolutely fine, and probably a good thing actually! I was actually going to post a similar question, but a bit different too. I think I'll still do that instead of hijacking your thread

Thank You, Pattyandthemoos, for my beautiful siggy!
Actually I think it would be a good thing for you to do. I have watched more than one friend get pregnant when they started exercising. I don't know if it is the distraction or losing a few pounds or what but I think exercise does a body good. Maybe we can start a fit club over here because I need the motivation. I have gained TEN pounds in the last month or two and really want to take it off.
I'm constantly worrying about that too. I love to exercise and I couldn't imagine not going to the gym. Though I've started to less running and more walking, weights and yoga when I'm just passed ovulating. As long as you're used to running and not overdoing it too much you should be fine.
