I know a lot of us get caught up in TTC, and we forget that charting also has the happy application of preventing pregnancy as well. Is there anyone here who charts to prevent, or who simply wants to know more about her body??

Just curious, since I don't hear much from that side on this board!

This is my first cycle charting so I'm doing it partly to know when I'm ovulating and how long my cycles are and also to TTC. I'm not thinking that I will get pregnant this cycle at all, but it will be good to know how my body works

I have never used it to prevent but I might if I ever got pregnant!
