Popping in from the PCOS board - Your temps are pretty erratic, which does seem to be common on some PCOS charts, but can also be a result of temping practices, so that alone wouldn’t mean PCOS. The 2/24 chart is the only one I see a
clear thermal shift on, but that doesn’t mean the others are wrong though I’d highly doubt the ones with really long LPs especially (35 days)- I’m just not the best at reading complicated charts. The sore breasts, for me at least, would suggest ovulation and I do see a bit of a shift on your current chart, but again I’m not the best at interpreting charts and I agree that it does look that you possibly did not ovulate.
My personal opinion/suggestion would be heading into your doctor for a blood test - check progesterone and see if you did ovulate. Your cycles are irregular, long, and some seem to be anovulatory so I think that is something you should bring up to your doctor as well. Also, I’m not sure how the monitors work but seeing that you had high readings for as long as you do, I’d bring that up, too. With PCOS some women will have elevated levels of LH, giving multiple positive OPKs (without ovulating) - I’ve never used a fertility monitor so maybe someone more familiar with those could have an answer as to if a high reading for 19 days is normal or not.
I’ve never really had painful ovulation except once (and it hurt) but then I’ve only been dealing with symptoms since Feb ‘08. If it is PCOS, its scary at first and I hope all this isn‘t scaring you - Other than my own personal experiences and “research” I have no real authority on the matter, but at least its an answer and you can start working with your dr toward your BFP, though getting pregnant on your own is still possible. And if its not PCOS, yay!
Good luck and I hope my rambling helped a little
eta - you seem to have a lot of 38 day cycles and even on the one with the 35 day "LP" it actually looks like you
might have ovulated later than FF is saying - it looks that way on another, too... so maybe you're just ovulating late sometimes instead of not at all (still would bring it up). I don't think you can say from your charts that it is PCOS but I'd print them out and bring them to your doctor.
Do you have any other symptoms?
