Should I put my temp on my chart today or just skip it? I accidently took it after getting up and walking to the living room and back this morning and it was up. What should I do??

I would put it in there but make it sleep deprived or something so you antell something is off with it. If it looked odd or threw off you chart I would then remove it.... but that is me Good Luck.

^^ditto. I wouldn't throw it out, because it could contribute to the larger picture, but I would definitely note the reason that it might be a little weird from the rest of your data.

I agree with the other girls. It may not be as accurate but it is better than no temp.
