I haven't temped long this time around, but have temped previously, and my pattern tends to be that I will have the same temp 3 days in a row, then it will change and be that temp 3 days in a row. Most others change daily. Is this normal?

I don't think it is abnormal to have flat temps like that. Last cycle my chart was like that. I think as long as you are seeing a temp shift on your chart that confirms that you are ovulating that you are fine. Everyone has their own patterns and that just might be yours.
