My temps are all over the place this cycle. Really does look like a rollercoaster.

I take it the same time every day with at least 2 hours of sleep before hand.

Any ideas?

for one thing, your temps are right after AF. Due to warring hormones, the temps can be anywhere... which i why i don't temp until AF is long gone. Also you need at least 3 hours of sleep before you take your temp. HTH!

Ditto. I think this is because you are temping during AF. A lot of gals have temps all over the place during AF. I noticed your temp dipped down yesterday. I bet it stays a little lower and starts to level off some.
