I get mine from the $ Tree cause my BFF is a nurse and she says they are just as good as any others. But, they have ALL been neg so far. My FF chart says I O'd on the 4th. Could all those OPKs be wrong? Or, is it more likely FF is wrong? When will I know if I O'd for sure?

Hey Meg, how often a day were you testing with OPK's? Some have said you can miss it if only testing once a day.

I'm going to piggy back on your question... can I get a + on my OPK's and not see a thermal shift?

And, like you, I want to know which is right, the OPK's or FF???

Hey girlie! I was just doing it once a day at around 11-12. The last 2-3 days, I did it 2 times a day. U don't know... My FF said I O'd. I wish there was a 100% sure way of knowing. All this info is drivin' me nuts! ;0)

I am joining you in the going nuts club. I just started charting temps but I am CD18 now and not getting even a faint line on my OPKs. It's driving me nuts 'cos I think I am having ewcm now. If I don't get a positive I am gonna scream.

I think FF is wrong. They marked you with dotted crosshairs which means you could have ovulated but it doesn't mean you have. I don't think you have yet.

I have used cheapie opks forever. I have never had a problem with getting a positive test with them. I think you just haven't o'd yet. Sorry it is taking so long to get your positive.

Keep on charting and using opks and hang in there!

Yep that can happen. OPKs measure LH in your system. Sometimes gals will get a positive, gear up to ovulate and then not ovulate. If you don't see a thermal shift you probably didn't ovulate.

However, from looking at your chart I would say you did have a positive opk and you did finally ovulate!!! What does your temp look like today?

Woohoo ladies! My temp this morning gave me my CH on FF!!! So, I'm going to tell you guys to be patient... honestly, I've cycles 19-43 days long so I understand the frustrations! I only started temping a few days ago because I wanted to see how everything worked all together. Also, since paying attention to my body, I now understand some of the other things that were going on

I'll be following this thread for updates!
