Or do you O on the day that is a temp that is a certian amount higher than your lowest temp. FF has me as 6 DPO but 2 days before that was my lowest temp, just trying to figure out far into the 2WW I really am.

Typically, ovulation is the day before a dramatic temp rise (and sometimes that corresponds with a temp drop, but not always).

No you don't necessarily ovulate on the day of your lowest temp. It can happen that way but that is not how you determine when you ovulate. What you want to see is three temps that are higher than your previous six temperatures to confirm ovulation and your CM should dry up.

You want to see three temps above your coverline and your CM should dry up. This is how you can tell if you have ovulated.
