I'm wondering if maybe I already o'd this cycle. I know it sounds crazy, but my fertility signs are pointing that way. I remember I took my temp randomly a couple days after i started miscarrying and it was 97.. something. A typical pre O temp for me. Now my temps have been 98.5 for the past 2 days and my cm is creamy just like post o. I hope I'm wrong though, i hate to think that i'm already out this cycle. I havn't even stopped bleeding completely yet!

My Dr. had said after my m/c that it would be good to wait a month before trying again, that lets the lining in the uterus build up so it is better able to sustain a pregnancy. GL!

Your hormones could still be a bit screwy and affecting your temps.

I don't think you have ovulated yet. I think your hormones are just a little out of wack because of your miscarriage. I think your temps will start to level off again and then you will be able to see when you o.

Here is my chart after my ectopic loss.

You can see I had a lot of ewcm before I finally o'd. I think your body just gets a little wacky trying to regulate itself again after having a loss.

((HUGS)) I think you will ovulate a little later than usual but you should be able to tell when you do.

I think a lot of docs recommend waiting a month. My doc actually told me three cycles! But, the midwife told me there really wouldn't be any harm in trying right away. I think a lot of the reasons for waiting is so that they can date your pregnancy more accurately. If you just miscarried it is harder to date the pregnancy.

Your body is still a hormonal mess, it will all get back to normal with time. I'm sure it's unlikely that you O'd already. And even if you did, then it's just that much sooner to move on to next cycle.

Today my temp is trending down, so it looks like the hormones are still coming out of my system. This is encouraging though... means i still have a chance. My doctor said there was no reason to wait to try. Thanks for the input ladies.
