I tend to waste money on pregnancy tests, and FRER's are getting too expensive for me. So I bought some AimStrip tests from BabyHopes.com Are they good pregnancy tests? I hope they are since I already bought them ha ha ha!!!

I bought some cheapies from Baby Hopes a few months ago (not sure what brand they were). They're cheap and satisfy my urge to POAS without wasting a bunch of money, but I did get some pretty convincing evaps on them.

So if you do get a faint + on one, before getting your hopes up, I'd still wait a day or two and test again and see if it gets darker and then confirm with a FRER. But don't get too excited over a faint +, because it could be an evap.

Wow. That was a good EVAP. Ugh. I got the Aimstrip, not the Generic ones...don't know which one you bought but I hope mine don't do that. I will, however, keep it in mind...I don't want to get my hopes up for an EVAP

I think mine were just the generic. They were in plain pouches and just had babyhopes.com stamped on them.

Babyhopes, Early-pregnancy-tests.com and a lot of the internet sites sell the aim stick cheapies. I don't particularly like them. I have seen way too many evaps with them. I use FRER or CBE digital and just try to wait it out. I didn't get a positive with the cheapies when I was pregnant (well I ran out of tests but I had positives on the name brands and negatives on the cheapies). I don't think they are as sensitive as they claim to be but I think you will get a positive on them eventually. My problem with them is the evaps. I have seen a lot of them.

I think I will take one of them right away, when I know I will get a negative, to see if I get a EVAP. I'll keep it to compare with my actual pregnancy tests...does that make sense?
