Does your cycle cause any unfavorable symptoms for you?



One thing I hate about my cycle is that my breasts hurt right before I O, then stop hurting for a few days, then start hurting a few days after O. So, basically for almost my entire cycle...my breasts are tender. They don't really hurt, but they are uncomfortable.

The main thing I hate about my cycle is that I keep starting new ones! HA!

In all seriousness... the thing I hate is my AF cramping. The 1st day of AF really kicks my patootie. I'm not good for much.

I used to have bad cramping before I had children, but once I had my first, the cramping during AF went away. Odd huh?

Cramping is definitely one of the more annoying things. Before B/C, I only ever cramped the first day of AF and that was it. After B/C, I cramp for a few days leading up to AF, then bad the first day of AF, and lets off the 2nd day of AF. I also cramp lightly off & on during my LP - used to be just for a day or two, but last cycle it was off & on for the full 2 weeks.

I also hate that my face breaks out right before AF, but it is pretty clear the rest of the time so I guess that's not so bad.

My only big issue is that I get hormonal headaches. And they are getting to be more and more of a problem as I get older. I am so not looking forward to menopause.

I hate the way I feel right before AF starts. I feel so tired that I can't possibly to anything. This always hits while I'm working a long night too!

I hate the tummy aches and cramps, it happens for couple of days before AF and the first day of.
