Is it the day of, or a couple of days before? I know it is different for everyone but I am curious to hear.

My first drop (about 1/2 way down to pre-O temps) is the day I start spotting, then the next day it drops the rest of the way down and I start actual flow.

Mine drops the day AF starts. I dont get spotting before AF, either, just get the full on thing one day...

That's how I was before B/C - it was a complete surprise every month. Since starting B/C (and now after being off of it), I at least get a little warning which is kind of nice.

Well I am the odd ball. My temp usually doesn't go down until the day after AF starts. Last month it went up right on the day AF showed.
