I have to keep telling myself. I'll be 15dpo on Thursday, so that is when AF will be on the later side. FF has put my "test" day on 19 dpo. I wanted to test at 18dpo, because then I would pretty much know, and avoid disappointment of having only one line, but that is on a Sunday and I would have to tell DH right away (couldn't keep it a secret!) and the way I want to tell him, he has to be at work LOL. So, since he has Friday off, I am trying to hold out until Thursday, when my AF is officially late.
Just now, looking at my chart and seeing a big temp rise, I told him that it *could* pick it up if I tested now, but if it was neg then I'd still wonder if it was just too early. He said the same thing I keep telling myself, which is why waste money on something my body will let me know in a week.
If my temp hadn't gone up yesterday and today, then I'd have no problem waiting. But now, seeing that, I'm antsy and just want to know if I can have my three or four cups of coffee today LOL I cut it down to one just to be safe

ah, temptress!!! LOL
anyway, DH is home today! I really want to tell him a special way, and he has to be at work. So I can't test now; He'll know right away if I do because I'll be acting all cloud ninish or I guess I might be acting all depressed and grouchy. I don't know too, I've been feeling cramps like AF is going to come, too... but I'm really oily (my hair and skin) and that has only ever occured when I was preggers.
No, back to my mantra. I'm waiting... LOL

To your comment
why waste money on something my body will let me know in a week.
I can think of a gazillion reasons why! LOL. Your chart is looking really hot. I would have a hard time waiting. Why? Because hpts are not that much money. I buy a 3 pack of FRER and that usually lasts me a couple months. They end up costing maybe $6 a test and I waste more than that on drinking coffee, eating pizza, and all kinds of things that give me less satisfaction. I understand the waiting but I usually can't make it until AF shows.
I hope you can hold out and I will try not to tempt you but don't expect me to give you special treatment. I am the poas pusher around these parts. LOL.

No, I don't expect any special treatment.... only for everyone to listen to me whine a little
I hope I didn't sound like I was meaning everyone else who tests early is wasting their money; I don't think that at all. Everyone can do what they want with their money and if it is truly what they want then it isn't a waste

I was so excited to see your chart.. and then I notcied your temp was down this morning, but it's an open circle. What is going on there??? I didn't like seeing it so low, but the openness gives me hope!

I woke up at 6:30 am because Jonah was coughing a lot again, and since we were supposed to get up to go to music circle at 8:00 I just took my temp early.... but then I ended up sleeping through music circle (the bigger miracle is, so did Jonah) and woke up at 11:00. I took my temp just to see what it would be and it was 98.5, so I put the first temp (the lower one) but marked it as disturbed
I remembered at dinner time that Daryl gets paid on Wed. which means that will be the day I shop for Jonah's meals. I can buy the tests then without making a special trip, and have them to use FMU on Thursday. Perfect plan LOL

Oh no, you didn't bother me. I like wasting money on tests. It gives me a lot of happiness. LOL>
So what's your temp doing today?
Temptation is coming to get you....
Are you going to test today?
