My mom and all of the women in her family for generations, have vitiligo and I am already showing some patches of white skin around the bottoms of my feet. I'm a little scared, because I love my skin and skin tone. I'm really scared of what I might look like in ten or twenty years, and the complications of being an outdoorsy girl with no pigment to protect from the sun.
Sorry LOL most people I've met don't even know what vitiligo is; I've *never* met someone else who has it.
Three things about me:
1.My first passion in life was to be a pediatric oncologist, but an intense phobia of needles convinced me that I should choose another career path.
2. Despite travelling to several different countries, and having an intense passion for travel, I have never been west of the Mississipi River except for when I lived in Texas. I don't really count that, because during that time I pretty much stayed in the hodunk town that I was living in. We're currently making plans to see more of our own country
3. I am a member of the group currently in the Guiness Book of World Records for the longest dance party ever. We danced for over 52 hours. No, I will never do that again. MTV India claims to have broken our record (we took it from them), but they failed to have any officials present during their so-called "record breaking." So in all, they can't prove it.

1. I play clarinet, bass clarinet, and saxophone (I consider bass clarinet my primary instrument) and often play in the pit orchestra for the local community theater.
2. I love drawing & photography (but can't paint to save my life)
3. My dad and I both have an uncanny knack for finding 4 leaf clovers (sit us in a patch of clovers in a yard, and within 10 minutes we'll find at least one).

So funny. I hate vampire movies. I don't know why I like undead but not vampire but I just don't really like vampire movies. They usually have some freaky love story and well I am just not into vampire love.
I get nightmares from certain movies myself but not zombie movies. Most of them are really cheesy like Chucky movies. LOL. You probably don't like Chucky either.

I'm 29 and have quite a bit of grey too (mainly in my temples). I also used to have natural auburn hair but about 4 years ago it turned dull brown. Dye takes care of both problems.

I actually watch "True Blood" too. I have to admit, it can be pretty cheesy at times (my first impression when BF started watching it is it's like a really sappy fan fic) but for some reason I'm still hooked.
