How does Alcohol effect your BBT? We had a get together at our house Saturday and I had a few drinks, enough to feel buzzed, then had water the rest of the night so I wouldn't have a hangover the next morning. I took my temp Sunday morning an hour and a half later than I usually do and it was a full degree below the previous days temp and then it raised a half a degree today (click my ticker to see my chart). I had gotten about 6 hours of sleep.

I thought alcohol is supposed to raise your BBT? Has anyone else found that the opposite happens to them - that it lowers your temp?

I haven't really experimented with this. I do drink sometimes but not enough that I think it would affect my chart. I would just mark your chart with an open circle. The temp drop may be unrelated. With you being 12dpo it could be dropping because AF is on the way.
