I normally take mine around 10ish am and 4-5 pm.

I have been taking mine around 3 in the afternoon . My line was darker yesterday so I am expecting to O tomorrow.

I take mine around 4-5 usually as well. If I temp twice, I do it at 12 and again at 5.

Generally around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. When I know I'm getting close to O'ing, I'll take another one around 6 or 7 in the evening.
