It seems like my thermo takes FOREVER to beep at me and give me my temp. I would say around 4mins. I got a new one about a week ago and my old one took some time to. Is that normal? What is the average time for yours?

I just got a new one a few weeks ago because my old one took anywhere from 5 min and up. My new one usually does it in 1 min. I hate it when they take to long when I wake up I have to go potty

Geez! I thought 4 mins sounded a little too long. I got mine from CVS (and it is a BBT). I'll do some looking on the net to find some that read a little faster.

Yeah... I'd say mine takes about a minute...no more than 2.
