On my FF calendar, there is one date that has a white circle and another date that has a black circle. I can't find anywhere what these circles mean. What the heck are they?

A white circle means there was something to note with regards to your temp, whether you temped at a different time, weren't feeling good, were sleep deprived, etc. The dark circles mean you didn't mark anything down but your temp at your normal time.

These are for future dates. On the calendar, not the chart. The white one is on the seventh- which is past now but it was there before the seventh, and the black one is on the 22. They don't seem to change with anything I put in, and there's no extra info regarding these dates when I click on them... They are up in the right hand corner of the square marking that date

ohhhh.... so I was looking at the dates that they are on for each month and, being the geek I am, realized that they fall on full moon/new moon days. I think that is what they are for, since some people believe that the moon effects a woman's cycle (I'm not convinced that it doesn't, to be honest)

Oh sorry! lol Forgive me for being dopey! yes, it is regarding the moon. There are a ton of sights too about the lunar calendar and how being a certain age, if you conceive in a certain month that determines whether you will have a boy or a girl! I believe in that stuff only for funsies

That's okay, I wasn't very specific about what circles I was seeing in the first place

I only believe in the boy/girl prediction thing for funsies too, but I do think there is something to be said about how the movement of the moon and earth effect our cycles. The moon effects so many other natural cycles on earth, like the tide etc. I'm not talking about like horoscopes and things, but just the effect that the magnetic fields and gravity from it can have on us KWIM?

Just thought I would pop in real quick. I didn't use to believe that the moon cycle had any affect on us. That changed when my water broke 6 weeks early with my son. It was a full moon that night. The nurses at the hospital said that nights with a full moon are usually their busiest nights. Made me a believer.

I am not sure what you are referring to. Open circles generally mean you didn't temp at the same time as usual. I don't have any open circles on my chart from a full moon? I guess I am confused.

Patty, on the little tabs at the top of the page, click on "calendar" and then on the dates of the 7th and 22nd of this month you'll see a white circle and a black circle in the upper right hand corner of the box for that date
