Why do I test at 8DPO, when I know it's going to be negative even if I were preggo???? I know better but I cannot help myself!!!

How early is the earliest you have tested? Be honest...

I do the same thing! Last cycle I tested at 7 DPO, I just had to! lol I justify it to myself because it gives me a peace of mind, I guess. If I don't test, I'd drive myself crazy thinking about it! So I test and then at least I know

I don't know but I have done it too. I think the earliest was 6dpo. That was my first cycle trying I think. I was pretty eager to test then. Now the earliest I test is 9dpo but I usually can make it till 10 dpo.

LOL!! You guys are too much.

I took a FRER at 6dpo this month, but it was actually DH who told me to, I KNEW it was too soon and tried to tell him that. Took an ic at 7dpo. Took another frer the evening of 8dpo because I had felt sooooo yucky all day.. and actually I had the faintest, lightest line! (couldn't take a pic it was so light, but dh saw it too). 9dpo, with fmu, yep, still light but definitely there.. and I may have tested once or twice after that (lol) and im definitely preg. You're not alone!

**Off to go buy some cheapies because I need to pee on something and FRERs are toooo **** expensive this early on!!

I tested this last time TTC at 5DPO and 6 DPO with a IC. Just to satisfy my desire to pee on a sticky. I did waste a FRER at 8dpo. But I got my at 9dpo with a FRER. Good luck!
