I'm extremely comfortable talking about sex, both with DH and with friends and such.

My parents never made it feel taboo or naughty or anything... so I think that's where that comes from.

I am pretty comfortable with it! I mean with my Friends and DH and even my mom. My dad on the other hand! ha (weird)

I'm grand talking about sex with most people. I've talked about sex with my mom since I was a teenager. It really depends on who you are talking to. Some people might feel weird about it so I hold of on TMI.
Myself and DH can talk about anything.

Oh man I am feeling like the prudey/chickeny one and I am fairly comfortable but I can also be shy about it.

It depends on who I am talking about. I don't like to sound like a freak so I don't get too carried away with my discussions. Also, it depends on if it is with men or women. Women I am fine with but I don't think it is appropriate for a married gal to be too talkative about sex with other guys.

What about dh/so do you guys talk about sex comfortably?

Yes and no. I find myself not using certain words when I talk to him about things. When we are actually dtd I don't seem to have problems but if we are having a regular conversation I feel weird. Not really sure why.

Do you think some things are just TMI?

YES! Some things are TMI for me. I do not want to hear about my mom or dad's sex life and sometimes they share more than I want to know. I don't like to hear play-by-play details either. I mean you can tell me stuff but I don't want to have too many weird visions in my head after talking to you. LOL.

Yeah, I don't want to hear about my parents sex life either. I was pretty mortified when my mother felt the need to tell me how I was conceived on the floor in front of the fireplace on New Years Eve! ACK!!!

Nice. Oh my mom has done worse but I am not going to post about it.... I will keep my unpleasant experiences to myself.

I'm comfortable about it talking with DH, especially since we have been TTC! Sometimes it seems like our talk about sex gets a little too "clinical" when TTC! As far as anyone else, I can talk to my best friend about it, but not really anyone else! I'm very shy and private.
