It's raining outside... and I just happened to look out my office window and the neighbor's little boy is outside in his tiny little yellow rain coat with his green galoshes on!

He is just as cute as a button!!!

Ah thats so sweet I used to love playing in the rain...
It's rain here as well but it's mid night so time for bed so it can rain all it wants.
I'll be dreaming about both of our little kids playing in the rain in the years to come...
