Today I had an almost positive opk, I'm posting a picture. The test line was just a bit lighter than the control. I took this test around 1pm. But when I retested at 5pm, the line was faint. Does that mean that I had my lh surge before I took the test at 1pm? Or should I wait till tomorrow to do another test and see if it's positive? I had a big drop in my temp this morning too, not sure what this all means! Thanks

My tests tend to be lighter in the afternoons for some reason. I don't think you missed your surge. I bet you will have a positive tomorrow.

I would test again tomorrow, depending on how long it was since you last went to the bathroom and how much you had to drink, your urine could have been more diluted in the afternoon, good luck!

yes, I try to take mine at the same time every day so it's easier to compare lines under same circumstances. But, the day I *think* I O'd I wasn't home at 1pm, so I took it at 5pm and it was really faint. Next day even fainter. So I think I missed mine. But usually they get darker and darker each day so you will probably have a positive soon!

Well, I tested twice today so far and the line has been lighter than the one yesterday. Is it possible to have missed the surge? How long do they last? I guess it's probably different in everyone
